Tatiana Aleksandrovna Chaplina was born 6 January 1956. In 1980 she graduated from the Smolensk State Pedagogical Institute, now the Smolensk state University, Art - Graphic Faculty.1982. - member of Association of young artists and art critics at the Union of artists of the USSR. 1990. - member of the USSR Union of artists. 1998 - member of the Warsaw branch of the Polish Union of artists - ZPAP.
